Services for Dropouts

The Bureau, Henry, and Stark ROE provides services to at-risk and out of school youth, ages 16-24 in Henry or Bureau County, through the Project Step Ahead Program. The services include preparation for a high school equivalency diploma. Youth within the program also gain basic skills, occupational skills, and everyday life skills needed to perform essential job functions through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
