Come explore the basics of Whole Brain Teaching, based on the book by Chris Biffle, through this introductory workshop for beginners. Whole brain teaching is an instructional approach that is gaining momentum through the integration of social-emotional learning into a highly energetic, authentically engaged learning process, and it can be implemented in any class at any age. In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of the Whole Brain Teaching principles, look at brain-based learning strategies,and explore WBT classroom management and engagement techniques.
