Visual Arts Educators will have a day that incorporates discussion, lesson plan sharing, brainstorming, and a hands-on workshop. We will be looking at the Visual Arts Standards and working on how to connect more aspects of lessons to the different facets and elements of the standards. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage and create lessons that incorporate printmaking, textile/Fiber Arts, painting, drawing, and a variety of Mixed Media opportunities for their students. This time will allow for research, learning, exploration of different techniques and materials, as well as sharing what we do within our Art Rooms.
